The prices of the cottage vary throughout
the year and depend on the calendar week.
A week is counted from Saturday to Saturday.
Therefore the calendar week that follows the
Saturday of arrival will apply. There are NO
HIDDEN OR ADDITIONAL COSTS;
electricity
& water are included in the price!

Moreover we offer the possibility
of renting
mobile internet access (3G)
for your laptop for 10 EUR per week. We also
offer an
electric engine for the cottage
boat
for 50 EUR per week. If you would like to rent
either, just ask us! Please note that combustion
engines are not allowed in order to protect
the water quality of Lake Lången.
Terms and Conditions for our Cottage in Sweden

Arrival Saturday after 15.00. Departure at the latest 12.00 noon. |

Pets are very much welcome to our cottage, however make sure to declare in your booking request if you are bringing your pet(s). |

Other durations of stay, arrival or depature times, or days, only upon inquiry. |

Smoking inside of the cottage is not allowed, however there is a roofed terrace outside which is suitable. |
 |
Please note: you must clean the cottage before departure and leave it in the same clean and orderly condition as it was found. Those who bring pets should be especially thorough! |

A deposit of 150 EUR is required upon arrival. You will receive this deposit back at the end of your stay provided that the cottage has been cleaned properly. |
